Frage Cable boom comes out?

Hello,

I just bought a Stepcraft 840 and i have a problem with the Y-axis cable boom.
Every time i go from begin to end of the y axis the cable boom runs out and i have to open the machine to pull it back.
Anyone a idea how to fix this? i can't figure it out.
