Du hast in Deiner Vorstellung geschrieben das Du in erster Linie Teile für Modellschiffe wie z.B. Spannten etc. herstellen willst. Willst Du da genauso vorgehen wie bei dieser Winde?
Edit: Hier haben sich unsere Beiträge überschnitten und ein Problem mit der Feinmotorik ist natürlich ein Argument.
Obwohl .... WinPC Nc und dieses Forum konntest Du auch bedienen ... warum dann kein CAD?

mit poly meinst du polycarbonat ? egal, bei jedem kunststoff is die drehzahl mit 20000 viel zu hoch !
kunststoff hat nen scheiss wärmeleitkoeffizent. das heisst durch den werkstoff geht quasi keine fräswärme weg und er wird somit heiss und schmilzt dir weg.
lösung: runter mit der drehzahl und rauf mit dem vorschub. dadurch übernehmen die späne (die menge der späne ist entscheidend) die wärme abfuhr . banal gesagt je mehr späne desto geringer die wärmeenergie pro einzelnem span.
je nach verwendetem kunstsoff und fräser und frässpindel kommste um gewisse "versuchsreihen" nicht rum, um optimale ergebnisse zu erhalten.
du musst auf jedenfall vermeiden, dass der die späne so heiss werden, dass sie dir den fräser zusetzen, dann isses aus mit dem fräser!
Ich habe hiere zig kilo Polyreste, da kann ich mit experimentieren.
Ergebnisse kommen hier rein.

du kannst bei flachen teilen den trick mit dem unter wasser fäsen machen, um zu kühlen! such mal im forum unter "wasserbad".
