REPAIR SERVICE

In order to ensure consistently high quality, we always carefully monitor the manufacture of our products. Should an error occur nonetheless or should the product not meet your expectations, we would like to help you as quickly as possible.


(EU / SWITZERLAND / UK) - PLEASE PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

  • Log into our Online Shop and select the appropriate repair item (item no. 12410).
  • Finalize the order in your shopping cart and fill out the comment box (in summary to your left)
  • Follow the link from the confirmation e-mail.
  • Select the country from which you are sending the return.
  • Now fill out the return label completely and make sure to enter the correct order number (SCxxxx).
  • You can now bring the securely packed package to your next DHL mail center – free of charge. Then we process your return as quickly as possible.

We will inform you in advance of any repair costs.

PROCEDURE FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:

  • Log into our Online Shop and select the appropriate repair item.
  • Finalize the order in your shopping cart and fill out the comment box (in summary to your left)
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation to the package
  • You can now return the package to us securely packed with a copy of the shipping invoice (also possible via e-mail) so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. Please send the package to the following address:
