Hi rory to make a puzzle like this you need to cut the peaces one by one not close to one, and then you must assembly all the peaces together , then you have to print the photo that you like and put it on the assembly puzzle, know you must cut the papper for this you need this that is in the photo above, it must be the same dimensions like your puzzle.

I see - so cut the paper from one - and then stick to pre cut pieces. Lots of time..

laser cutter cutting width is small?

I've seen laser cut jigsaws - then sublimation print onto the jigsaw...

quick - but sublimation printer is expensive
