Clock Disc machining was created by Rory
This part, as per the RC plane bulkhead was sent to us and we machined this using the STEPCRAFT 840 machine. The Kress 1050 FME was used and a 2mm upcut, dual fluter cutter was used.
Its great to have the extra feed rates on the 840 as jobs can now be run a lot quicker.
The toolpath was generated in VcarvePro and the UCCNC controller with the UC100 USB module was used. PC running Windows 8.1
