Hello, I own an M1000 with hiwin ball screws. I have been hearing a knocking sound coming from my Y axis and finally figured it out was coming from the ballscrew coupler screws hitting the extruded allumium that the linear guides are attached to. I've tried realligned my machine but I have not being bale to consistantly get rid of the issue. I am wondering if anyone else has incountered this and if there is a solution, I am considering angle grinding away the allumium where the coupler hits but would like a less extreme solution first. Thank you.
