I really struggled to get my 2/840 to work reliably but when some pennies dropped, I was away and flying and have had no system issues since. I have managed to reliably and repeatedly cut 3 mm perspex sheet, 1.2 mm aluminium sheet and 19 mm aluminium flat bar with no cooling, English oak, Khaya, softwood, plywood, etc.
