Frage uccnc software pause question quickie

got my first proper milling project on and think will take bit longer that I thought during one stage... i am using very fine 1mm cutter for inlay work. think it will take a while to cut now its started!

is the stop cycle a pause than start carry one from where it started or will it restart the file from start please? or do i cycle stop then go for the restart from here click to get it going again.... i know advises running machines for 15mins at a time and think this will be an hour long! its doing a good job though!
