Hello,
i try to use the Stepcraft HF-Spindle with Mach 3 and the UC100 USB
motion controller. My configuration of the Stepcraft 420 with the
UC-100 works fine, but I don't get the spindle to work correctly.
The rotation speed of the spindle is not constant after activation.
The display of the control device unit show values from 0 to 80/90.
I attach pictures of the configuration of my Mach 3 and hope,
that somebody find my mistake.

the HF-Spindle works now properly.

Well done. Yes the PWM signal frequency was too low.
Careful as you now have to configure the spindle speed in the CAM software. The Gcode now control the spindle also.
For example M03/M05 turn it on and off. And the S parameter controls the speed.
M03S18000 will turn on the spindle and make the spindle speed approx 18000.
