Hi Markku,
the program creates G code so it should work with SC, provided you have anything better than the USB Starter software.
From what I read on the web FreeMill has a limitation regarding the Z axis. You cannot control the additional depth per turn. So if you want to cut 10 mm in total it will do so all at once! This probably means you are restricted to thin plywood.
