Anybody could send my the Mach3 configuration File for the Stepcraft 600 V2? I have the UC 100 USB controller, but I am not able to find a valid profile for Mach3.

After installing Profil from stoneycnc.co.uk I can control the Stepcraft.

But the parts I am working are nearly twice as big, as in my 3D programm (Fusion 360). Anybody knows this issue?

Sounds like a conversion problem with meter and inch 😉

Yep...I was checking on this already. I am working mm in Mach3 and Fusion360.
Maybe the stepcraft profile for the mach3 works only with inchs?

I am new here. I'm going to buy a sc420/2. I allready have Mach3 and i 'd like to know if it can works with 420 machine directly to parallel port. Without a uc100 module. Only port to port from my pc parallel port to 420 parallel port.
Can anyone help me please?

This is only possible using Windows XP. Every Windows OS later than XP does not longer support the LPT port.
With Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10 you HAVE To USE a USB motion conroller.
I have set up my SC with Windows 10 and Mach3 and the UC100 this weekend in half an hour.
There´s really no problem with that and the signals of the motion controllers are always better than the non-real timing outputs of Windows PCs.

Hi, I recently purchased a Stepcraft-2/420 + dl445 laser, as well as a computer with a LPT port, but I can not get to work with mach3. Is it possible to configure the laser to work with mach3 and where can I find the profile for stepcraft-2/420. I will be very grateful for the help

Hi Guys! im a new cnc enthusiast, I have some problems with my stepcraft 840 wheni try begin to cut, I want to cut a perfect circle and cut only scribbles that do not look like a circle (attached image), i use aspire 9.0 to generate gcode with mach2/3 Arcs (mm) post processor and mach3 with uc100 cable, calibration i think is perfect because the machine runs perfectly in all axys, I would like to believe that it is something wrong configuration in the mach3 program, has something similar happened to someone? Rory tried to help me but I think he has a lot of work lately and I need help, thanks
