UCCNC Reset logic error message and Limit Pin

I recently purchased a secondhand Stepcraft 2 420 with a U100 interface and UCCNC software. After some difficulties I finally got UCCNC working and properly linked to the Stepcraft machine.

The problems I'm now having are with the configuration of UCCNC and limits on each axis. I can jog on every axis but when I get to the end either the motor continues or UCCNC flashes the res t button but when I press it I get an error message saying "The reset logic of the software is active ...."

I can toggle Limit -pin Active Low to on and press the reset button but as soon as I use the jock control the reset button flashes again and when it is pressed I get the same error message.
