Cut2D and UCCNC different offsets
Can you show a picture of Cut2D in drawing mode without toolpath?

Hello trufi,
at first site there is nothing wrong in the Cut2D drawing.
But I suggest to draw a rectangular on the outline of your sketch size 200x200. This will force to set the zero origin in the down left corner. Make for this square a toolpath with a different tool number.
and save both toolpaths in one file.
Set in uccnc the option tool change on (or how that works, I don't know the uccnc program).
Now only let the first toolpath do his work and abort the program at the tool change moment.
hope this will work for you

I believe that the border that you see in UCCNC is your softlimits. Unless you're softlimits for the X and Y axis are both set to 0 min, 200 max, it will not look the same.
As long as your XY zero point is set correctly in UCCNC, the part will be correct.
