Hi chaps, the photo below is my latest work. A five hour mill, used a 1 mm two flute uncut bit pass 0.03mm feed rate 2 mm/sec plunge .5mm/sec 12000 rpm. Plus 3mm 90degree v bit pass 0.1 feed, 5.0mm/sec, plunge 2.5mm/sec 12000rpm. designed and drawn on the Vectric after seeing a photo online. It's around 40mm in width.

Very nice - the Stepcraft is very capable in this way...... I use the cheap D cutters myself, but the result is the same (brass and nickel silver)
