Spitfire 3D puzzle
This is my Spitfire 3D puzzle.
Original drawings are from MakeCNC.com who has a lot more of interesting models.
I scaled this model to the thickness of the available wood in Aspire.
This model is made from 2,8 mm birch plywood (size 400x300mm)
The panel lines are engraved with a 60 V-bit to a depth of 0.8 mm, for the inner holes I used a 0.7 mm end mill and finaly the cutting out is done with a 1.0 mm 2 flute left turning mill. Al on the high speed of 18000 rpm and for the 0.7 mm a feed rate of 500 mm/min and the others on 1200 mm/min. The pass depth is set at 80% of the mill diameter.
The model is putt together without any glue and can be disassembled just as easy.

May I translate your "special english" to an understandable english? If you are asking for dxf-files to build this model by your own:
CNCmiller wrote in line 2 of his posting: "... Original drawings are from MakeCNC.com who has a lot more of interesting models. ..." If you´ll read this carefully you´ll find out the net-address "makecnc.com".

Just like Alpenkreuzer says you can find these drawings and more on www.makecnc.com
I am not allowed to share the sold drawings from MakeCNC. So sorry no drawing.
