Hose and cable holder
I was inspired by a bracket made by a forum member with a 3D printer.
But since I don't have one, I had to design something doable on the CNC miller.
So here it is: my version of the hose & power cable bracket.
More images are following as soon as the bracket is installed.

I've created a new version because I didn't like the extensions for the bolds on the previous one.
This one has inserts, which make it easier to mount and unmount the hose / cable if needed.

Excellent work.
Is the dxf / crv file available?
Thanks!
I added the dxf file, but it's very basic.
The most complicated is creating the tool paths correctly!
Before you start making the first tool path, make sure the work in the program is centred on the hole in the middle of the base.
Everything is based on a 13mm thick beech sheet and two g-code programs are needed (plus 2 more for the holes in the brackets).
Due to the thickness of the wood, I had to use a 3mm bit as the 2mm was too short.
For the brackets, it's just a cut trough (9 passes), but the base must be done in two steps.
First, make the holes including the countersunk (measure your bolds and figure out how deep the countersunk have to go) and the square holes for the feet. Don't mill the large hole in the center yet as we need the small hole inside as a reference for the next step!
All these steps above must be done in one G-code file.
When ready, you'll have to turn the sheet around, set the miller to "home" position and center the bit with the hole in the middle of the base.
Fasten everything back and start the second g-code program to pocket the base (3mm deep), cut the large hole in the middle and finally cut out the base itself.
The holes in the brackets are more complicated, you'll need a clamp, center the bit manually (use a reference you'll be able to use for the four sides (2 & 2), reset the Z axis!!! and start a simple program to make the countersink and hole with the correct dimensions (M4 bold in my case).
If you want to use inserts, measure the thickness and length of those and use the dimensions in the g-code.
Don't forget to correct the depth (+/- 20mm) and be careful regarding the bit against the clamp.
Well, that's how I did it.
I hope it's clear enough, and if not, please let me know.

Thanks, and I hope that my explanation will help a bit.
My english (especially the technical talk) isn't that great, but I try to do the best I can. 😛

Dan wens ik Groeten door Grootebroek.
Ik was met mijn familie 2 jaar geleden in de Efteling, het was erg grappig. :woohoo:
We zijn elk jaar in België, Tessenderlo.
Na Efteling zullen we zeker weer gaan volgend jaar. 😆 😆
