Nothing clever on my part, but very pleased with the machines capabilities.
12mm MR MDF
3mm Ball Nose cutter (3mm end mill for cutout)
Forgot to check speeds and feed rates
48 minutes to cut
SC840, HF500, UCNNC, Vcarve Pro, Turbo Cad

looks pretty good. Where did you get the 3D-file and what CAM did you use to calculate the toolpaths? Oh and what are the dimensions of this?

A very good clipart library comes with Vcarve Pro and the seahorse/dish is one of those files. From Vcarve I exported it to UCCNC. I did have one problem when my laptop decided not to play about 80% of the way through! Any thoughts of how to restart a file part way through would be appreciated.
Finished size is 180mm x 90mm.
Overall a very good learning exercise.
