Hi, i make one chess table plate with my stepcraft, i use 2mm 2flute end mill for this project.
First i was cut to the surface of the oak only 0,3mm to take off the plywood ,then i paint it , then i put with glue new not painted plywood , and then i painted all together with veneer see pictures, then i curve the numbers and letters.

Which sort of plywood did you use? It looks too good 😉

Hi, the wood is mdf oak wood, and this is water painting only with Varnished Paint, to protect the wood and the paint.

The letter and number coordinates are wrong. It has to be the identical number/letter on both ends for each line.
A->A, B->B, C->C or 1->1, 2->2, 3->3 etc. etc.
Your board coordinates are mixed up:
A -> H, 1 -> 8 etc. etc. ... :unsure:
But maybe you did it on purpose and it's only for an extra thrill in a correspondence chess game ... :woohoo:
It's not only about tools it's also about skills! 😉
