Schpindel doesn't move

Hi everybody. 

I have a problem with my Stepcraft D 840. 

When I do simulation demo-test  the Logo Stepcraft, obviously everything work well on the computer and there is no problem. 

But, the  Machine doesn't move at all (Spindel placement).  Even without spindel, the machine must move at this moment, I think. The software also  installed. 

Drivers  are installed also : 2 lamps (greens) works. But on other connection, there is only 1 lamp (green) works. And the blue lamp doesn't work !!!

Manually either machine doesn't move. 

Could you say what could be the problem ?

What should I fix ?  May be somebody had the same problem ?
