I opted for the Stepcraft extraction adapter and hose which attaches nicely into this VonHaus brand 15 litre ash vacuum which is about £37 from Amazon, Tesco Direct or other reputable on line retailers.

It's quite loud in operation but has a large HEPA filter so is ideal for dealing with the very fine dust arising from milling MDF or woods. I'm pleased with it but need to see how it copes on longer toolpaths. The longest I have run it for so far is 50 minutes with no issues related to overheating.
"Low noise 800 W motor with 140 Air Watt suction power producing 16 KpA. Large, lightweight 15L capacity dust tank with quick release clips. Advanced two-layer HEPA filtration system traps even the smallest of ash particles."
I use extra long router bits which protrude some way below the magnetic brush skirt so I could use a recommendation on where to find a suitable longer brush skirt or whether there is an easy way to modify the Stepcraft part.

I have ordered this from Banggood, €15.58. Should take some 3-4 weeks to arrive.

I got exactly that one from MMorao from China. I added this one: Barrel
Before I used a simple plastic bucket but it was not stable enough due to it's thin plastic wall.
My vacuum-cleaner is this one: Vavuum Cleaner This was the the most quiet one I found.

Hehe, too sophisticated, I'll be using a spare Ikea dust bucket and my trusty workshop 1400W vac from Aki which I believe was designed after the SR-71 engine 😆 Anyway I have a fine set of ear protectors, so no problemo.
If it works, good. If it works and is cheap, better 😛
