D840 running problems

Hello,
Why do I need to reboot the CNC every time I try to set up a project?
I am unable to move in any Axis.

After using the touch sensor to measure the material thickness and pressing start from here, the D840 using UCCNC stopped working and will not run the program or reset.

Is there any good guide to running the stepcraft, as most YouTube jump too quickly over the complex parts?

We designed our work in Fusion 360 with XYZ in the upper middle part of the design.
