X & Z going wrong way

Hey guys, I just bought the Stepcaft D3, assembled it, and am struggling with a problem. The x & z axis. When I press the right arrow key, the X-axis goes left and PG up, button the Z goes down. I'm using UCCNC software. When I try homing, the axis goes to the opposite side. What could be the problem, and how can I fix it? I'm a newbie with CNC, so that I will be thankful for your help.
