Frage Y Axis Only Jogs in Y- Direction

I successfully built and setup my D420 and cut the StepCraft logo in some plywood as per the instructions. Very pleased. Clicked Home All to move the spindle out the way and whilst moving along the y-axis it crabbed and stuck. Not sure why it suddently crabbed as had tested all axis and just used it to cut the logo. Anyway, pushed the e-stop as quickly as possible. Now I cannot move it in the Y+ direction - nothing happens. All other directions are fine.

Please can someone advise what is wrong. Do I need to reset something?
