machine Y axis doesn't move (says 597), motor makes click sounds with UCCNC

Hello,
We have build our machine some time ago already but still have issues to get it working….
We managed to make a little test with winpc-nc at first but changed to Uccnc and can’t get it to work.
The Y axis can’t move to the home point (moved it manually). The reset button blinks and the motor makes clicking sounds (see video).
It looks like the axis are free of friction and all seems working good.
The machine Y axis says 597.

Please can you help with this to get it working?
