Hey, Tommy.
Please find attached my working config. I have been in the workshop for short to test the settings. What shall I say. These settings work like a charm. Reference position is the upper left corner at the backside of the machine. The soft limits are perfectly fitting the working area of my machine and after every job the machine goes to x=0, y=0, z=0 at the upper left corner at the back.

Only funny thing, if i manually run axis the slowdown in near end works fine,, but with the G28 it do not slow down near the end,,, it do stop tho, but no slowdown in Mach3.

I really wont have it go to back/left after a job, so i keep the 1 G28 to go safe up, but remove the last G28 XY and keep Z there to, much better if i have to change tool ie..
If you have to change the tool, the machine only goes up at the actual position. G28 0 is only at the very end of every job.

For now i run all jobs one at time, i enable Tool change in Mach3, so i can now start use all path in one file and manual tool change, but not before i have testet it out by air cutting..
Got finally after 1.5 weeks my new Ender 2 3D printer so I can make an adapter for my old Old Power craft (Dremel copy) that is bound together for it's not in two parts 🙂
The thread on the adapter fits perfectly, so a good tight and firm holder that also fits perfectly into the 43mm engine holder.
Made two 6.1mm holes in a homemade bottom plate and for the corresponding item, namely for a later two-sided milling, the holes were about 5.92 to 5.97mm, so a loss of about 0.14mm, think it's ok as the first test, but should probably achieve a slightly better presidency, right?
