Hello All,

I hope that someone could help me with my problem here.

I noticed that shown speed in UCCNC doesnt mach with persentage on HF500 spindle control box. Actually I noticed that when Spindle is controlled by UCCNC then it doesn't go up more than 49 percents on controller what is approximately 10000 rpm although in UCCNS it shows that speed should be 20000 rpm.

Manually I can go up to 99% and spindle spins with 20000 rpm.

My spindle controller box some time ago where in warranty repair because white smoke started to come from it and it stopped and I am not sure that when I received it back it was fully operational.

At the moment I hope that problem is in UCCNC and easily fixable that's why I attached photo with spindle setting screen.

waiting for help 🙂

Tom

Hi Bruno,

I tried to play with PWM frequency, put in random different values but without any better result.
Changed PWM min and max duty, no luck either.
Changed min and max spindle velocity.

None of these activities helped me. Spindle just didn't want to go more than 49 percent when controlled from UCCNC, at the moment I am working with stepcraft with manual spindle speed control.

Please send picture with your spindle parameters. Maybe there is difference in some settings.
