Would be really nice to have more info! Not knowing more I could also say: at my place it works and leave you alone.
Which software? What did you do so far (which file-type did you load? (g-code or plt ...?) Did you try manual movement and does this work along the whole distance for all the Axels?Simply try to give as much info as you can. That's the efford you have to spend if you want help.
