the vacuum table pressure is generated using a standard hoover. NOTE if you block off a standard hoover with a table like this its like completely blocking the hoover - if your hoover does not have an underpessure valve or a thermal overload switch this is a very hazardous setup.

We bled the hoover line with the HF extractor - so where the Hoover connects to the vacuum tables outlet we drilled a hole to inser the HF extraction pipe. We therefore get extraction and more than enough under pressure to get great response from the vacuum table.

There is a rubber mat that sits between the top of the vacuum table and the bottom of the work. the next step will be to skim the Ali table surface to get perfect Bed tram on the machine table.

the MDF cut fine with no hopping of work as the parts were cut through. A vacuum tabel is a really impressive addition to the machine. Withouth the need to use clamps - one really opens up the table travel.
