HF500 spindle speed during cycle
Hi,
I am sure this should be very easy answer for most of you. I am milling a sheet of aluminum about 1mm tick. I have created the profile in Vcarve. I bring it to stepcraft UCCNC software I start the spindle (HF500) at 60% but whenever the actual cycle starts it always goes to and stays at 10%.
I found that aluminum optimal cutting speed should be around 12000rpm or 60%.
What I am missing. How the speed on the HF500 should be set?
