Hi guys,

I have a problem with milling sharp corners (90 degrees). This problem is not solved with 'overcut'. I'm wondering if it's possible to slow milling down at sharp corners?

Thanks,
Bernard

Maybe you should explain your problem?! What material do we talk about? What happens?

Normally CNC controllers do slow down before corners. As far as I remember my Win PC starter times, Win PC slows down.

Form what you told us so far I could imagine that you rather have a fixing problem. Breaking endmills because of vibrations?!

Hi,

Material i'm milling is birkensperrholz. I don't have any breaking end-mills. Material is fixed ok (I think). I will add picture next milling process.

Thanks,
Bernard

Still nothing concrete about your problem.

You know ... WinPC NC is working for a lot of people here in the forum and elsewhere. So you should really tell us what the problem is exactly. There is a good chance that it is not caused by WinPC milling birkensperrholz because that works fine for others as well.

This way we can't help you. So, waiting for the picture ...
