What DOC (deep of cut) step did you use? 0.5 mm?
The big holes that I see was made previously with a traditional drill?
SC300 + Spindle HF500 + Portalerhöhung + LinuxCNC + gsimple

DOC was 1 mm.
And yes the other holes where drilled using a Bridgeport.
