scale problem

Hi all,
Hope someone can help me. I have a scale problem.
I draw a piece in rhino, make the CNC programm with Cut3D, and open it on Winpc-nc (sorry if I don't use correct therm, i'm still a newbie)... but piece that the machine mill is huge. Not at all the measures I draw in rhino.
Any help is welcome as I browse all the menu and I didn't see something like "scale factor", "scaling" or something else...
any idea ?

Could also be caused by wrong pitch setting. New SC has 3mm per revolution whereas the software setting might be for SC 1 which has 2mm per revolution. These settings are done in another tab after clicking a button.
