Hello,
This is my first post so please be kind!
I have recently purchased the DL445 laser to go with my SC420V2 which up to now I've been using as a (Kress driven) router and I'm having trouble with the software installation.
The Multi Installer worked okay on my Windows 10 PC and runs the laser okay, but on my Windows 7 (Professional) laptop it loads the UCCNC element okay but not the Stepcraft part.
I get "File execution failed" straight away. If I try and run from the .exe having opened the file, I get the message that it's incompatible with the version I'm running. (64bit software trying to install on a 32bit system maybe?)
Can anyone help?
