Q408 2024 cable managment

Hello, I received my brand new Q408 this week (the machine is great!), and I need to install my spindle on it. There’s a pre-installed cable for the spindle, but the cable section seems quite small for something as power-intensive as a spindle. I’m not an electrician, but do you think this cable is suitable for 380V/2.8A? Even the 400V rating seems a bit low.

My question is: how do I access the cable management area? I also need to route the water cooling pipe, and I’m looking for where to connect the RPM signal cable from the VFD
