Hi, I have just finished the construction of my M1000 and am finding the Z axis height a little restrictive. I have the AMB1400 with the autochanger attachment.

I know I can drop the bed down to the 2nd level but would rather not so I can have material overhang the end.

At present I have the autochanger mounted as shown in the image. Can this be mounted higher without causing clamping damage to the autochanger.

You can use spindle riser rings to get more z height.

If you have a 3d printer you can print your own. I think OD is 53mm and ID is 43mm  and i think you get do 3 stacked together
