Limit Switch Problem

I've got a question regarding my Stepcraft Machine M1000. I'm not able to run it.
Yesterday everything was working properly, but since this morning there are troubles (so it looks like the problem appeared overnight)

The reset button and all the limit switches are all triggered (without being actually triggered, I checked).
I've done all the troubleshooting ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cauMAYxwwMw) and that doesn't solve the problem.
I've also checked if the cables of the axis are connected and they seem to be.

I would love to hear if anyone has an idea how to solve this problem.
