Frage Q204 with ATC 2200 Spindle. Tool Rack will not move forward

Hey everyone. I have had my machine for about 8 months. When I try to use it and have the spindle pick up a tool from the rack, the rack will not move forward with the tools to let the spindle pick one up. The only way I can get a tool into the spindle right now is to un hook my dust boot and manually put one in. If anyone has run into this problem and can help me fix it I would be extremely grateful.
