Help needed for Y axis of S430
Hello everyone. I followed each step from the manual and also from various videos . I complete my system but before power it on , i just want to make sure that everything is well. i notice that the Y axis it is getting stuck and not able to reach the limit sensor. I am sure that this is not normal. How can i solve this problem ?? Any suggestions please.

Hi,
had here the same problem but I fixed it with a piece of self-adhestive felt. It's not very professional but works proper since some month.

So it is normal that it can't reach the switch??

Not normal, but as I remember I'm not the only one (and you) who have that problem. In the German forum part I've read it some time ago that another user had the same problem.

You are not following the procedure.
Unscrew the Y axis screws, let the machine move till it touchs the switch, tighten the screws. That's all.
Repeat that for each extreme position of each axis.
Something like this but without totally unscrewing the screws: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKEKqlukmYs

Thanks for the help @jvalencia. Now it is working fine 🙂 I install the Win-PC and move all axis with no problem.
