Hi, my system don't reaches the selected temperature, only reaches 15 degrees below the mark. This is the common behaviour, but from time to time it works, ¿any ideas?

hi xtremware, i have the stepcraft one year, when the temperature in the room is under 5 degrees the stepcraft they didnt work well , i have the stepcraft 600 and they didnt goes in all the table only in the middle, when the wheather is good they work fine , this is what i discover.
