Can't fix warping issue... Please Help!

HI,

I need help with my 3D printing endeavors. I've been having this reoccurring issues with my prints, that is, the bottom sides of my 3D print just keeps warping (see picture). I've gone through the troubleshoot guide Simplify3D has, but I just can't fix it and don't know what to do. If anyone could help, I would be so grateful. Below are my printer specs
