Question Newbie in CNC

Hi Folks,
I'm a complete newbie/novice regarding CNC. I also have no experience with drawing and design programs in 2D and 3D at all.
I'm interested to buy a Stepcraft D600. What programs would be recommended for drawing and controlling etc.
I found info on MACH3, WINPC-NC and UCCNC ?? what is the best ... and easiest to learn.
For designing I checked out FUSION 360, but it will take me a very long time before being able to use it.
What are good and easier programs.
